Terms and Conditions:

  • A non-refundable deposit of AED 200 or AED 500 is required to confirm the booking. It can be transferred to another booking within two months, only in urgent cases.
  • Rescheduling (for urgent cases only) should be requested at least 1-2 days before the session, same day rescheduling is not acceptable.​
  • The remaining amount is to be paid immediately after the session.
  • Each package is for one person only.
  • The customer must choose the photos within one month after the photoshoot at the latest.
  • The photos and videos will be sent for approval before printing.
  • The album will be delivered 4 to 6 weeks after the photos are selected.
  • Rescheduling or postponing is allowed twice within two months, and postponements must be made at least two days before the session.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for the session, it will either be canceled or the time will be deducted from the session duration.
  • Its recommended that the newborn age to be between 3-14 days old

الشروط والاحكام:

  • يتم دفع 200 او 500 درهم عربون غير مسترجع لتأكيد الحجز مع امكانية استبداله بحجز اخر خلال شهرين فقط في حالات الضروره القصوى.
  • تغيير الموعد (لحالات الطوارئ فقط) يجب أن تُطلب قبل الجلسة بحد أدنى 1-2 يوم، ولا يتم قبول تغيير الموعد في نفس اليوم​
  • يدفع باقي المبلغ بعد الجلسة مباشرة .
  • كل باقة مخصصة لشخص واحد فقط.
  • يجب على الزبون اختيار الصور خلال شهر بعد جلسة التصوير كحد أقصى.
  • يتم ارسال الصور والفيديو للتأكيد قبل الطباعة
  • يتم تسليم الالبوم بعد 4 الى 6 اسابيع بعد اختيار الصور.
  • يسمح بتغيير الموعد أو تأجيله مرتين فقط خلال شهرين للتأجيل يكون قبل يومين من الجلسة على الاقل
  • في حال التاخير بأكثر من 15 دقيقة عن موعد الجلسة يتم إلغاء الجلسة أو سيتم احتسابة من مدة الجلسة
  • يفضل تصوير الموليد من عمر 3 ايام الى 14 يوم
